Job Title: Systems Administrator 

Location:  Remote 

Compensation: 80k-130k/yr plus benefits 

Requirements: Systems Admin with ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our IT team, responsible for the management and support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our Dynamics 365 platform, with a particular focus on the Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules. You will collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to ensure that the system configurations meet their needs and support the company's operational goals. Additionally, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements to optimize functionality. Essential Job Functions:

• Provide comprehensive system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the high availability and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Apply patches, updates, and service packs to Dynamics 365 applications as needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system configurations or customizations accordingly.
• Maintain and test system configurations and workflows to meet business needs.
• Manage and maintain system integrations with other internal and external systems.
• Oversee software licenses, user access, and security roles within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Implement and maintain data backup and recovery strategies.
• Assist with data migrations, imports, and exports as required.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving any issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.

Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

• 3+ years of technical experience in Dynamics 365 Systems Administration and Configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to logically troubleshoot technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and transparent environment, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
