Job Description

As a ServiceNow SME / Architect, you will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow across all modules, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems. Your hands-on experience in scripting, orchestration, and automation will be crucial in driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward. You will also play a key role in designing and architecting solutions that meet our clients' unique needs and contribute to their digital transformation journey.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or an additional 8 years of experience in place of degree)
• At least 8 years of experience in architecting ServiceNow across all modules
• Proficiency in scripting, orchestration, and integration with other tools
• Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• US Citizenship is required, with a preference for candidates with a public trust clearance

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and business processes.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, email, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
