We help people be great at their jobs by providing secure access to easy-to-use SaaS tools and frictionless technology that can be used in a self-service manner from anywhere. Cimpress Technology, an organization of Cimpress, is responsible for developing the Mass Customization Platform. We are shifting away from on-premises technology and into cutting edge cloud and SaaS solutions to support our users in this mission. We need your help!

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the link between IT support and end-users
• Review and triage internal help requests and monitor computer and software performance for potential problems.
• Managing and administering a variety of SaaS products, such as Google Workspace, EntraID, and Slack
• Perform general administrative tasks such as:
  • New Hire setups
  • Tracking computer-related orders and bills
  • Maintaining license documentation
  • Manage and track IT inventory
• Provide day-to-day computer support, such as installing basic software and adding and deleting user accounts.
• Provisioning of hardware, including procurement and set up/installation
• Monitoring ticket support queues and Slack support channel for help requests
• Participation in Enterprise Solutions project work

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in both Windows and Mac support
• Familiar with Google Workspace
• Familiar with supporting VOIP phone service
• Familiar with EntraID and/or Windows Active Directory
• Security tools such as multi-factor authentication
