The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of skincare products as well as specializing in melanated skin tones. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will play a key role in providing personalized skincare services to our clients and promoting the benefits of our treatments. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced procedures. Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques for maintaining healthy skin. Generate new clientele by promoting skincare services and products. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas. Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and spa staff. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Requirements: Valid New Jersey Esthetician License. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and spa staff. Knowledge of skincare products and treatments. Strong belief in the benefits of skincare and proper skincare routines. Flexible schedule, including availability on days and weekends.
