W2 CONTRACT | HR COORDINATOR | NORTH KANSAS CITY AREA 

Our client in North KC is looking for an HR Coordinator to assist with administrative duties within their HR Department. This is a W2 Contract position with an estimated length of 9+ months. There could be an opportunity to convert to FT with client company.

Anticipate $20-$25 /hr. (based on experience)

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the HR Operations department
• Assist in Onboarding, New Hires, Employee Files
• Assisting in various HR Projects

Desired:

• High School Diploma required, college degree is a plus, but not required
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

• Knowledge work with FMLA, ADA, and personal leaves
• Onboarding and managing new hire paperwork
• Processing new hires in the system
• 401(k) reconciliation
• I-9’s
• File management
• Basic benefit knowledge

• Detail-oriented, process driven, extremely organized and flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Possess a positive, professional demeanor
