Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horse Caretaker/Groom, Property Maintenance and trail riding professional. As a horse and property caretaker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our property, including animal care, fencing, stall cleaning and general farm duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horses and possess the necessary skills to ensure the smooth operation of our farm and safety of our horses. Duties

• Operate and maintain the farm to ensure proper fencing, landscaping and working farm systems.
• Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, stall cleaning and monitoring their health- Handle animals safely and effectively during various tasks
• Assist with growing activities such as planting, harvesting, and pruning
• Perform general farm duties such as cleaning, fencing, and repairing
• Utilize power tools and equipment for various tasks
• Apply basic reading skills for mixing feed or medicines
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Operate and maintain farm Qualifications --5+ years previous experience in horse groom and farm maintenance role
• Knowledge of horses and animal care practices
• Ability to handle animals safely and confidently
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
