Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ecommerce strategies and initiatives. If you have a passion for Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listing’s descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Responsible for merchandising product for conversion optimization across sellable and non-sellable goods.
  • Identify SEO best practices to optimize website for search engines.
  • Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of products listings to identify and fix any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
  • Manage customer service associates and uphold best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, and Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Experience in inventory management and fulfillment
  • Understanding of customer behavior and user experience in an ecommerce setting
