Pay: $16/hour (1099 Contractor)

What The Work Looks Like: As a Cleanliness Curator, you will travel from job to job performing the following duties:

• Cleans rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Uses bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize rooms and restrooms.
• Empties trashcans and replaces liners.

The types of jobs we typically receive from our clients are cleaning Airbnb’s, rentals, move-outs, commercial and the standard deep cleaning.

The Skills We Seek:  As a Cleanliness Curator, you will be reliable and have a high attention to detail. You also possess:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• 1 year of relative experience.
• Excellent communication skills: able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed
• Self-motivation to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
