• Highly Desirable: Possess a PCA, HHA, CAN, LPN, or LVN certification

You Must:

• Speak and write in English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
• Have a valid Driver’s license
• Possess active auto insurance
• Be available to work at least 5-6 continuous hours on 3 days each week

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
• Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation
• Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
