Our client is seeking an experienced Blockchain Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will create and manage a secure blockchain network, integrating with platforms like Ethereum and Flare. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming languages, blockchain protocols, and cryptography.

Responsibilities: 

• Craft intelligent and efficient smart contracts, known as chain code, tailored for Hyperledger Fabric to optimize performance and ensure seamless execution.
• Innovate and architect applications harnessing the power of blockchain technology, driving impactful solutions from conception to deployment.
• Continuously validate, refine, and troubleshoot blockchain-driven initiatives to uphold reliability and efficiency.
• Manage and enhance both client and server-side applications to deliver robust and user-centric blockchain experiences.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and lead teams through the entire lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from ideation to deployment.
• Foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders to discern blockchain requirements and functionalities, fostering alignment and maximizing value.
• Implement state-of-the-art security measures and cryptographic protocols to fortify data integrity and maintain service availability.
• Explore opportunities to elevate blockchain applications by integrating advanced tools and emerging technologies, fostering innovation and competitiveness.
• Educate team members on blockchain technology features and capabilities, empowering them to leverage its full potential and stay ahead in the field.

Requirements

• Robust foundation in software development principles, underpinning a deep understanding of system architecture and design.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development, showcasing a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Mastery of programming languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, or C#, coupled with a flair for crafting efficient and scalable code.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, adept at seamlessly integrating frontend and backend components to deliver holistic solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of cryptography and blockchain protocols, enabling the implementation of secure and resilient systems.
• Advanced analytical prowess and adept problem-solving abilities, adept at dissecting complex challenges and devising effective solutions.
• Meticulous organizational acumen paired with an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every aspect of project execution.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset, facilitating seamless interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
